dynamic Sidearm

Dynamic Sidearm is an intermediate defensive handgun class focused on mobility and cover.  We will begin with a brief recap of the fundamentals, followed by drills designed to ingrain the basics of movement, utilization of cover/concealment, and build up to more complex courses of fire as the day progresses.  Class will run approximately 5 hours with a 30 minute lunch break in the middle.

According to FBI stats, the average shooter is accurate less than 20% of the time when shooting a static target under stress, this percentage gets even lower when the target is in motion.  The objective of this class is to make you a harder target by increasing your mobile lethality, as well as your understanding of cover & concealment.

You MUST have either attended Fundamental Sidearm, or have been otherwise approved by our staff to sign up for this course.

- 300 Rounds
- A Semiautomatic Handgun
- Minimum 2 spare magazines
- Sturdy pants belt & safe holster (no cloth, neoprene or SERPA holsters)
- Weather appropriate clothing/footwear
- Eye & ear protection
- A packed lunch
